I wanted something checking with my garage door. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and Kevin called within six hours of me making initial contact with the company. It transpired that there was nothing wrong with my door and I was charged nothing for the call and Kevin s service. I would have no hesitation in awarding this company five stars from my contact with them today if I have any need for ongoing maintenance to my garage door they will be my go to company. Very impressed with Rhys. He was able to resolve the problem with my door in about 15 minutes, to my full satisfaction. He was also very pleasant & polite.
The engineer was knowledgeable, polite and punctual. He gave constructive advice and suggested possible solutions. Measurements were taken and a quotation received from the office shortly afterwards.

My electric garage door stuck half shut. I called Garage Doors Fixed, an hour later had a call back saying the team were an hour away, fixed, paid and done an dusted in an hour from arriving. Friendly, polite and easy to work with. I can't thank the team enough.

He fixed the problem in a short time and from chatting I knew he had many years experience working with roller doors etc. I d use the company again, if necessary, as the service was good & they gave a price there and then so I knew what it was going to cost straight away.
